1. Service Overview
Eco-Bin Cleaning provides domestic and commercial wheelie bin cleaning services using environmentally friendly products and methods.

2. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Services will be carried out at the address provided when booking.

3. Access to Bins
You must ensure that your bins are accessible on your scheduled cleaning day. Bins must be empty and free of waste to be cleaned properly. If bins are not accessible or contain waste, we may not be able to clean them, and you may still be charged.

4. Payment
Payment is due in advance or as agreed under your cleaning plan. We accept payment by Direct Debit through GoCardless or other methods agreed in writing. Missed payments may result in suspension of service.

5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your cleaning plan at any time with at least [7] days’ notice in a email We do not offer refunds for missed cleans due to inaccessible bins or customer absence.

6. Missed Cleans
If we are unable to clean your bins due to circumstances within our control, we will reschedule your clean at no extra cost. If adverse weather or other unforeseen events prevent us from cleaning, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

7. Liability
While we take care to provide a high-quality service, Eco-Bin Cleaning accepts no liability for damage to bins caused by pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or misuse.

8. Health & Safety
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products safe for domestic use. However, please keep children and pets away while cleaning is in progress.

9. Changes to Terms
Eco-Bin Cleaning reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
